Andy Williams was onto something when he recorded his Christmas classic more than 60 years ago, "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year"! It is the best time of year to bring friends and family together and also for residential real estate.

As it turns out, it may be the best time for potential buyers to see a Seller's home for two reasons. Reason #1 is the house has never looked better when it's decorated for Christmas. Reason #2 is when the house is decorated for Christmas, a buyer can begin to imagine what it would be like to have their own Christmas in the house next year.
