2025 housing market predictions from Arizona Association of REALTORS
It's finally in the rearview mirror! It's well behind us.
I am talking about another presidential election year. Every four years, the potential change in the White House puts the Arizona Real Estate Market "on hold" for most of the year, and 2024 was no exception. Now that it is over, is the "real estate pause" over as well in 2025?
From what I am seeing, 2025 is slowly shifting to "buyer's market" for two reasons: Interest rates continuing to stay above the six percent mark and more homes for Phoenix buyers to choose from.
