I can’t say enough positive things about my experiences with Steve Russell. My sister and I flip homes so we’ve done quite a bit of business with Steve. He is responsive and always sells our properties the first weekend they go up on the MLS. He does as many Open Houses as is necessary and is always available to go view properties to purchase, even if it’s quite a few. When you are looking for a realtor, you want someone who is exceedingly knowledgeable about your market, is a professional in all aspects of the professioin and is extremely patient with you. Steve Russell is all of that and more. My wife and I moved across country to Phoenix during COVID 19 and could not come to Phoenix to look for houses. Steve spent a good deal of time listening to our needs and wants and began recommending houses to us online. When we said that we liked one, he went to the property and conducted a FaceTime tour for us. This was done several times. When we saw a house that we thought might be good, he told us that we could do a lot better for our money. He was absolutely right. Ultimately we purchased a beautiful home. There were 12 offers on the house. Steve spent much time talking to the seller's realtor to determine what the seller's needs were. As a result, our offer was accepted. But that didn't end Steve's golden service. He arranged for a wonderful mortgage broker to handle our mortgage, he inspected the home prior to purchase to insure that all necessary repairs were completed and then recommended several tradespeople to us. In short, Steve's client service starts when you retain him and doesn't end until everything that needs to be done to make the purchase of your home is completed. Steve is the best realtor we have ever dealt with, and we heartily recommend him.

Steve helped us sell our old home and find a new one. He went actually went above that and helped us find the perfect home. My family and I cannot be any happier with the home we got. We were extremely stressed out because this was our first selling and buying combo situation and it was in the middle of a very fast moving reality boom in Fall of 2020 (oh and we just had our second baby).
