We eventually came around and decided to move forward and look seriously. He helped us through the entire process without any issues. It was a great experience.

When you are looking for a realtor, you want someone who is exceedingly knowledgeable about your market, is a professional in all aspects of the professioin and is extremely patient with you. Steve Russell is all of that and more. My wife and I moved across country to Phoenix during COVID 19 and could not come to Phoenix to look for houses. Steve spent a good deal of time listening to our needs and wants and began recommending houses to us online. When we said that we liked one, he went to the property and conducted a FaceTime tour for us. This was done several times. When we saw a house that we thought might be good, he told us that we could do a lot better for our money. He was absolutely right. Ultimately we purchased a beautiful home. There were 12 offers on the house. Steve spent much time talking to the seller's realtor to determine what the seller's needs were. As a result, our offer was accepted. But that didn't end Steve's golden service. He arranged for a wonderful mortgage broker to handle our mortgage, he inspected the home prior to purchase to insure that all necessary repairs were completed and then recommended several tradespeople to us. In short, Steve's client service starts when you retain him and doesn't end until everything that needs to be done to make the purchase of your home is completed. Steve is the best realtor we have ever dealt with, and we heartily recommend him.

Steve is the most AMAZING realtor I could have ever asked for. I have used him twice now, once to buy a home and once to buy and sell. He looks out for you as if you are his personal family purchasing a home. This was very important to me as I have a young growing family. Steve helped us sell our old home and find a new one. He went actually went above that and helped us find the perfect home. My family and I cannot be any happier with the home we got.
