Steve helped us sell our old home and find a new one. He went actually went above that and helped us find the perfect home. My family and I cannot be any happier with the home we got. We were extremely stressed out because this was our first selling and buying combo situation and it was in the middle of a very fast moving reality boom in Fall of 2020 (oh and we just had our second baby). Steve sold our house in a day....he made an extremely charming video, which shared my families story, and we were flooded with offers within the first listed day. We had a much rougher time finding a new home for the first few weeks and were getting really nervous about ending up homeless. Steve said he would not allow us to be homeless and held his word. Once the home of our dreams came on the market, he drove 100 miles (just about) to meet us and helped me make the right offer. He made that deal happen...I know the prior owner was flooded with offers, probably very close to mine. But...we got it. We have been in this home for a few months and its perfect for our needs. I look forward to coming home everyday and now we have the space we needed for our newest addition to the family. Our first experience with Steve 5 years ago was pretty simple. This latest sale and purchase had some tough, challenging, moments...Steve shined through them. Anyone can seem like a "good realtor" in easy situations...Steve proved he is beyond good by navigating us through a turbulent, way too fast paced, don't forget about covid, market and got it all done before we had to leave our old house.
