Can You Talk to Us a Bit About the Challenges and Lessons You’ve Learned Along the Way. Looking Back Would You Say It’s Been Easy or Smooth in Retrospect?

When I first got into residential, it was in the middle of the 2009 real estate crisis. Mortgage companies were closing, Wall Street was crumbling and foreclosures were on the rise. Simply put, as real estate agents were “running out of the burning house”, I was running in. But I stuck with it by meeting cash buyers at open houses and built my business from there.

As You Know, We’re Big Fans of You and Your Work. For Our Readers Who Might Not Be as Familiar What Can You Tell Them About What You Do?

My focus has been working with Buyers and Sellers, primarily in Phoenix and Scottsdale. My specialty is working with people who are part-timers in the Phoenix area. They live out of state and have an investment property in Phoenix OR they have a second-home or looking to buy a second home in the Phoenix area.

What sets me apart is I am a full-service “concierge” real estate agent. People who live out of town need help finding places in Phoenix and have no idea where to look, much-less, where to begin. So what I am good at is helping people navigate the entire situation. I help translate the lifestyle they have in their current city to a similar lifestyle here in the Greater Phoenix area.

I provide them guidance, service, and input as to where they should buy a new place and why. I love being their guide as they become more comfortable with purchasing a property in a city they know so little about at first.

What Are Your Plans for the Future?

I am looking to grow my clientele with the help of referrals and solid marketing. I would like to be the “go-to” agent when someone is moving to Phoenix and needs help navigating a “foreign entity”!
